A: From incoming raw material(IQC) to input process quality control(IPQC) and outgoing quality control(OQC),all stages are totally compliant with ISO9001 quality system.
Make sure all parts are tested and passed before shipment.
2. Q: How do you approve product before mass production ?
A: We'll supply samples and datasheet for testing before mass production.
3. Q: Can you provide free samples for testing ?
A: Yes,we can offer 5-20pcs free samples for testing but with freight fee to collect.
4. Q: How long can you guarantee product quality after the goods are shipped ?
A: The quality period we can guarantee is one year after shipping.Copper terminals are easily oxidized once it exposures in the air for long time,hot environment in particular,so we strongly suggest product should be kept in warehouse with suitable temperature and humidity.
5. Q: Can your company make customized product according to clients' requirements ?
A: Yes,we can.For example,based on our seasoned engineer team working on connector society for more than 10 years,we've ever made automotive connectors for European customer who offers PCBA for BMW,Fiat,etc.
6. Q: The product I need exactly can't be found from your website and could you make it for me ?
A: Yes,we can.Not all our products are displayed on our website,particularly for the new ones developed recently.In this case,it's better for you to send your product specification to us in order to provide equivalents.
7. Q: What's about your normal delivery time ?
A: The products in stock can be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.For the ones out of stock,it normally takes around 3-4 weeks to complete.
8. Q: What's about your payment term ? Can I pay in CNY ?
A: We accept T/T,Western Union and PayPal. Yes,you can pay CNY.
9. Q: Can you offer us price list for all your products ?
A: No price list available.We've too many products with different specification,so the quotations are based on client's specific requirements.
